Return Requirements

Any and all returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date. Your return is expected in new and unused condition. All original tags and labels should remain attached.

Return Process

Begin by emailing Smudge Pot King [insert email address] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once this number has been obtained, you may safely put the purchased item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and the RMA. Mail your returns to the following address:

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will process the refund or exchange as specified. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) business days from our receipt of the item to process the refund or exchange. Depending on your bank or lender, refunds may take approximately 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will always notify you by email once the return has been processed on our end.
