Thank you for your recent purchase of a Smudge Pot King smudge pot outdoor heater or accessory. We sincerely hope you’re delighted with your product. However, in the event that you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. See our terms below.

Refund Policy

 

All refunds are subject to the inspection and condition of your returned item. Please review our return policy HERE carefully in order to obtain an RMA. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will evaluate it to ensure it is in new condition, including original tags and labels. Once we inspect it, we will issue a refund. Please allow us seven (7) business days to issue the refund. Note that it may take approximately 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to show up on your statement. We will always email you as soon as the refund has been issued on our end.

Be advised that a 15% restocking fee is charged for all returns.
